Who operates this website
RachVision operates this website and its fictional concept demos. Use the contact details below for questions about your information. Demo brands, people, locations and offers are fictional; they are not separate businesses accepting customers.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, message, selected service and language so we can respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiries are saved in a private owner inbox. A success message means your message was saved; it does not guarantee an immediate reply. Records currently remain in that inbox until the owner removes them. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
Private accounts and security
Owner accounts store the account email, authentication information and content that the owner manages. Account and sandbox sessions use protected cookies. Request addresses are used to enforce spam limits; short-lived rate-limit identifiers are hashed and removed after their limit expires. Hosting services may also process connection information to deliver and secure requests.
Storage and access
Application records are held on our private server. Access is limited to the owner and people administering the service. Encrypted recovery copies of persistent application data are kept on the server and the owner's laptop. Earlier versions can remain in retained backups after a record is removed from the live application; backups are used for recovery and expire under the backup retention schedule.
We do not sell your information. No advertising pixels, visitor analytics or third-party embedded players are installed. Site photographs are served through this website. Email and WhatsApp links open external services only when you choose to use them; those services apply their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can browse without sending a form. Use the contact below to ask about information we hold, request a correction or ask for deletion. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your own records. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained; we will explain any relevant limitation when responding.
